Acceptance of terms
By creating an account and purchasing access to Assistant Habits, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Access and license
Upon successful payment, you are granted a non-transferable, personal license to access the Assistant Habits platform and its habit library. This license is for individual use only and may not be shared.
One-time payment
Access is granted for a one-time fee. There are no recurring charges. Your access remains active as long as the service is available. We reserve the right to modify the habit library over time without removing previously accessed content.
Refund policy
Due to the digital nature of this product, all sales are final unless otherwise required by applicable law. If you experience a technical issue that prevents access, please contact us and we will work to resolve it.
Prohibited use
You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to the service. You may not scrape or download the habit library in bulk. Automated access to the service is not permitted without written consent.
Limitation of liability
Assistant Habits is provided as-is. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for access.
Changes to terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
